Position: CDP Hot Kitchen
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position (4/5 star hotel/resort)
- Willing to work in Kintamani, Bangli, Bali
- Strong expertise in hot kitchen operations
- Ability to supervise commis and stewards
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Have strong hospitality and service attitude
- Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety
