Position: IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hotel network and systems
  • Assist guests with IT-related queries if needed
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
  • Manage IT inventory and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Experience in IT support, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Knowledge of networking, servers, and hospitality systems
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle technical emergencies
