Position: Project Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise ongoing engineering projects and renovations within the hotel
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project quality and adherence to safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during project execution
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project supervision within a hotel or facility management setting
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance standards
- Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail oriented and safety conscious
