Position: Project Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise ongoing engineering projects and renovations within the hotel
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor project quality and adherence to safety regulations
  • Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during project execution

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in project supervision within a hotel or facility management setting
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance standards
  • Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Detail oriented and safety conscious
