Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and present menus with detailed explanations
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a waiter or waitress in a hospitality setting
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Service oriented mindset with a focus on guest experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to work shifts and holidays
