Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and present menus with detailed explanations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
Qualifications:
- Experience as a waiter or waitress in a hospitality setting
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Service oriented mindset with a focus on guest experience
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to work shifts and holidays
