Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and staff productivity
- Manage ordering of F&B supplies and monitor equipment conditions
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Maintain staffing levels to support guest satisfaction and financial goals
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance oversight to team members
- Address guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain service quality
- Support budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Restaurant (Hotel)
- Proven track record in leading restaurant teams, maintaining effective communication, and resolving operational challenges
- Able to join as soon as possible
