Position: Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor department heads to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage budgets, financial plans, and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Director of Operations in international chain hotels.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on guest experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
