Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front office operations during shifts.
  • Handle guest complaints and emergency situations.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service are maintained.
  • Supervise front desk staff and coordinate with other departments.
  • Conduct property rounds and report issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle pressure and make decisions.
  • Guest-oriented mindset.
