Position: Sky Lounge Café & Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Sky Lounge Café & Restaurant.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant management, preferably in standalone cafes or restaurants.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of F&B trends.
