Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations.
- Oversee key departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Lead and mentor department heads.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as EAM or in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in international hotel chains preferred.
- Fluent in English.
