Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service.
- Develop creative and cost-effective menus that align with guest preferences and brand standards.
- Oversee food cost management, inventory control, and kitchen budgeting.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and health standards in all culinary areas.
- Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team to maintain a high level of performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the same position minimum 1-2 years
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with hygiene, safety and service standards
- Understand about creating menu and food cost
- Strong culinary background and creative flair
