Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service.
  • Develop creative and cost-effective menus that align with guest preferences and brand standards.
  • Oversee food cost management, inventory control, and kitchen budgeting.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and health standards in all culinary areas.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team to maintain a high level of performance.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the same position minimum 1-2 years
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with hygiene, safety and service standards
  • Understand about creating menu and food cost
  • Strong culinary background and creative flair
