Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in world-class luxury hotels or renowned fine dining establishments
- Mastery of culinary techniques across diverse international cuisines
- Strong leadership ability to manage large kitchen brigades and culinary operations
- Exceptional creativity in menu development and food presentation
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
- Strong financial management skills regarding food cost, labor, and kitchen efficiency
- Excellent communication skills to lead and inspire the culinary team
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food production
- Innovate and design diverse menus that reflect refined elegance and guest preferences
- Manage kitchen budgets, optimize food costs, and monitor supplier quality
