Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in world-class luxury hotels or renowned fine dining establishments
  • Mastery of culinary techniques across diverse international cuisines
  • Strong leadership ability to manage large kitchen brigades and culinary operations
  • Exceptional creativity in menu development and food presentation
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
  • Strong financial management skills regarding food cost, labor, and kitchen efficiency
