Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Leading and mentoring the sales team to enhance performance across all segments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate and travel partners
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Overseeing the departmental budget and conducting regular sales reports for management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and result oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
- Established network within the Makassar and national hospitality market
- Ability to lead a team towards ambitious commercial goals under pressure
