Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Leading all culinary operations across the resort’s multiple luxury outlets
- Designing innovative menus that blend global trends with local Balinese flavors
- Managing kitchen budgets, food costs, and procurement strategies
- Overseeing a large culinary team and fostering a culture of excellence
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and Marriott quality standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5 star luxury resort or hotel
- Strong creative talent and visionary approach to modern culinary arts
- Exceptional leadership and kitchen management skills in high volume environments
- Expertise in menu engineering and financial management for F&B operations
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of VHP system and advanced food safety certifications is required
