Position: Hommate (Bellman)
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and property orientations.
- Coordinate guest transportation and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out transitions.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive and attentive service.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, welcoming, and reflective of resort standards.
- Support front office operations by handling guest inquiries and delivering internal messages.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same position within the hospitality industry.
- Relevant educational background in hospitality or tourism.
- Understand English in general to support guest communication.
- Guest satisfaction oriented and maintain exceptional levels of service.
- Able to join the team immediately and work in a dynamic resort environment.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Teamwork-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
