Position: Hommate (Bellman)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and property orientations.
  • Coordinate guest transportation and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out transitions.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive and attentive service.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, welcoming, and reflective of resort standards.
  • Support front office operations by handling guest inquiries and delivering internal messages.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same position within the hospitality industry.
  • Relevant educational background in hospitality or tourism.
  • Understand English in general to support guest communication.
  • Guest satisfaction oriented and maintain exceptional levels of service.
  • Able to join the team immediately and work in a dynamic resort environment.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Teamwork-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
