Position: Engineering – Daily Worker
Responsibilities:
- Assist the engineering team in daily maintenance and general repair tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of resort facilities and report technical issues.
- Support preventive maintenance programs for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean technical workspace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a maintenance or engineering role.
- Relevant educational background in technical fields (Vocational high school or diploma).
- Having passed on the job training in a hotel will be an advantage.
- Able to join immediately and work in flexible daily worker shifts.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle technical equipment.
- Professional appearance and proactive attitude toward tasks.
- Teamwork-oriented with basic English communication skills.
