Position: Assistant Learning & Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs and onboarding sessions for new associates.
- Manage multiple training schedules and development projects simultaneously with high accuracy.
- Support the L&D Manager in identifying skills gaps and implementing adult learning principles.
- Facilitate engaging workshops to improve associate performance and service quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on training effectiveness and associate progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools.
- Passionate about people development and continuous improvement.
