Position: Training Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and coordinating training programs for various hotel departments
  • Conducting orientation sessions for new employees and tracking progress
  • Assisting the HR Manager in identifying skill gaps and developmental needs
  • Maintaining training records and preparing monthly progress reports
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggesting improvements

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
