Position: Training Officer
Responsibilities:
- Designing and coordinating training programs for various hotel departments
- Conducting orientation sessions for new employees and tracking progress
- Assisting the HR Manager in identifying skill gaps and developmental needs
- Maintaining training records and preparing monthly progress reports
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggesting improvements
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
