Position: HR & Training Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily HR operations including recruitment and staff relations
- Coordinating training programs and employee developmental initiatives
- Managing employee records and assisting in payroll administration
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training and reporting to the HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in HR and training within a luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR practices
- Passion for people development and hospitality excellence
- Excellent presentation and organizational capabilities
