Position: Painter – Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Perform painting and surface repair tasks to maintain the aesthetic standards of guest rooms and public areas.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Mix and match paint colors to maintain consistency with resort branding and design.
- Ensure all painting equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize guest disruptions.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in professional painting and surface maintenance, ideally in a hotel environment.
- Good attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail regarding visual standards.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays for property maintenance.
- Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and safe handling procedures for materials.
- Teamwork-oriented with a proactive approach to engineering maintenance.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
