Position: Painter – Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Perform painting and surface repair tasks to maintain the aesthetic standards of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Mix and match paint colors to maintain consistency with resort branding and design.
  • Ensure all painting equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize guest disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in professional painting and surface maintenance, ideally in a hotel environment.
  • Good attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail regarding visual standards.
  • Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays for property maintenance.
  • Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and safe handling procedures for materials.
  • Teamwork-oriented with a proactive approach to engineering maintenance.
  • Basic communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
