Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations in the F&B outlet to ensure high service quality.
- Lead and train the service team in luxury service protocols and F&B knowledge.
- Manage guest feedback and ensure a positive dining experience for all visitors.
- Monitor outlet inventory and coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service flow.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards within the F&B department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an F&B service leadership role.
- Good attitude, professional appearance, and strong leadership skills.
- Basic English communication and excellent product knowledge.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork-oriented with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is an advantage.
