Position: HC & Learning Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate human capital activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support staff engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for various departments.
Qualifications:
- Able to join immediately.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources or training roles in hospitality.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Compassionate and professional approach to employee relations.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
