Position: Front Office Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office operations to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out
- Monitor guest arrivals and departures using VHP property management system
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues with a professional demeanor
- Guide and train Front Office staff in luxury communication and service
- Ensure financial accuracy of guest bills and daily shift reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Familiarity with VHP (Property Management System) for Front Office Department
- Extensive experience in luxury 5-star resorts or international hotel chains is a plus
- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a pre-opening resort environment
