Position: Front Office Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front office operations to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out
  • Monitor guest arrivals and departures using VHP property management system
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues with a professional demeanor
  • Guide and train Front Office staff in luxury communication and service
  • Ensure financial accuracy of guest bills and daily shift reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
  • Familiarity with VHP (Property Management System) for Front Office Department
  • Extensive experience in luxury 5-star resorts or international hotel chains is a plus
  • Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a pre-opening resort environment
