Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff on hygiene, safety, and cooking techniques.
  • Develop new menu items that highlight local ingredients and the resort’s concept.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure cost-effective kitchen management.

Qualifications:

  • Able to join immediately.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in luxury dining or resorts.
  • Extensive knowledge of international and local Balinese cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
  • Creative flair for menu development and food presentation.
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts.
