Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and maintaining high culinary standards.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage and train kitchen staff on hygiene, safety, and cooking techniques.
- Develop new menu items that highlight local ingredients and the resort’s concept.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure cost-effective kitchen management.
Qualifications:
- Able to join immediately.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in luxury dining or resorts.
- Extensive knowledge of international and local Balinese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
- Creative flair for menu development and food presentation.
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts.
