Position: Asst. Banquet Operational Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Banquet Manager in supervising large scale events and functions
- Overseeing the setup and teardown of event venues and banquet halls
- Leading the banquet service team during weddings, meetings, and conferences
- Ensuring guest specifications and event orders are met with precision
- Managing staff scheduling and equipment inventory for the banquet section
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
- Speak and write English fluently
- Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
- Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills for events
- Ability to lead a large service team under high pressure
- Willing to work flexible hours based on event schedules
