Position: CDP Hot Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the hot kitchen section and overseeing food preparation
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards
- Managing section inventory and assisting with monthly food stock audits
- Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous Chef
- Strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
- Speak and write English fluently
- Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
- Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Effective leadership and organizational abilities
- Commitment to kitchen safety and sanitation standards
