Position: CDP Hot Kitchen

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the hot kitchen section and overseeing food preparation
  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards
  • Managing section inventory and assisting with monthly food stock audits
  • Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
  • Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
  • Effective leadership and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to kitchen safety and sanitation standards
