Position: Chef de Cuisine (Paulaner Bräuhaus)
Responsibilities:
- Leading the culinary team at the specialty German brewery restaurant
- Managing the preparation of non halal food items according to standards
- Ensuring authentic Bavarian flavors and culinary consistency
- Managing kitchen inventory and monitoring food costs for the outlet
- Conducting training for kitchen staff on specialty techniques
Qualifications:
- Experience as Chef de Cuisine in a high volume specialty restaurant
- Expertise in German/Bavarian cuisine and non halal food handling
- Strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic kitchen team
- Creative approach to menu development and seasonal promotions
- Detailed knowledge of food safety and brewery operation standards
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
