Position: Security Manager
Responsibilities:
- Directing the resort’s security operations and loss prevention initiatives
- Establishing safety protocols and conducting regular security audits
- Leading and training the security staff on emergency procedures
- Investigating security incidents and maintaining liaison with local authorities
- Ensuring guest and staff safety across the entire beachfront property
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Manager in a luxury resort or hotel
- In depth knowledge of safety and security regulations in Indonesia
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and crisis management capabilities
- Garda Utama certification or relevant security background is preferred
- High degree of integrity and professional discipline
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and local stakeholders
