Position: Guest Experience Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and providing personalized concierge assistance
- Serving as a translator for Mandarin speaking guests and corporate clients
- Coordinating with other departments to create memorable guest stays
- Handling guest feedback and ensuring timely resolution of requests
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge about SCBD and Jakarta
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement
- Relevant experience in front office or guest relations in luxury hotels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Professional appearance and friendly, hospitable demeanor
- Problem solving mindset for guest satisfaction
