Position: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Directing the maintenance and repair operations of the resort property
  • Establishing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs for all systems
  • Managing the engineering budget and overseeing equipment procurement
  • Leading and developing a large technical team across various trades
  • Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in similar leadership role in a 5 star resort
  • In depth knowledge of complex mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization
  • Relevant technical degree or professional engineering certification
  • Excellent organizational and administration capabilities
  • Commitment to excellence and guest safety standards
