Position: IT Supervisor (Job ID: 26002806)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT technical support, ideally in a hotel environment
- Knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
- Leadership skills to manage IT projects and coordinate with external vendors
- Effective communication skills to support non-technical hotel staff
- Ability to manage system backups, server maintenance, and IT assets
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure to ensure 100% operational uptime
- Provide technical support to all departments regarding hardware and software
- Ensure the security and integrity of guest data and hotel internal networks
- Manage software updates, licensing, and IT equipment procurement
- Generate regular IT status reports and identify areas for system improvement
