Position: IS & S (IT) Asst. Manager / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support hotel IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for guests and staff.
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are strictly followed.
  • Manage IT projects and system upgrades efficiently.
  • Provide technical training and support to hotel departments.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in IT operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and POS.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
  • Good communication skills in English.
