Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Experience in a front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in English is required
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a pre-opening environment
- Hospitality educational background is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest registrations, room assignments, and key issuance according to standards
- Provide accurate information about resort facilities, local Ubud culture, and attractions
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Address guest requests and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Support the Front Office team in the pre-opening phase and operational launch
