Position: Engineering Supervisor (Plumbing)

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in plumbing and water treatment systems within a luxury hotel or similar facility
  • Technical expertise in pumps, water heaters, sewage treatment, and piping networks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to technical emergencies promptly
  • Strong attention to detail regarding water quality and sanitation standards
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with other operational departments
  • Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all plumbing maintenance activities to ensure consistent water supply and drainage
  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of water treatment and sewage treatment plants
  • Coordinate routine inspections of pipes, valves, and guest room plumbing fixtures
  • Oversee the installation of new plumbing components and manage vendor relationships
  • Maintain logs of water consumption and quality testing results
