Position: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering department during the pre-opening phase to ensure all systems are operational.
  • Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems throughout the resort.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure property longevity and safety.
  • Manage the engineering budget, including capital expenditures and utility costs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants on building projects and system installations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a hotel engineering department.
  • Proven track record in managing pre-opening engineering operations in luxury resorts.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of building systems and modern hotel infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Financial acumen for budget preparation and cost control.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
