Position: Asst. Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing resort maintenance and repairs
- Supervise engineering staff and manage daily work assignments
- Ensure all resort equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for villas and public areas
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Asst. Chief in luxury resorts
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering
- Leadership skills to manage a large and diverse maintenance team
- Commitment to safety standards and environmental regulations
- Strong organizational and planning abilities for large-scale projects
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergencies
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or related technical field
