Position: Engineering Supervisor (Plumbing)
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in plumbing and water treatment systems within a luxury hotel or similar facility
- Technical expertise in pumps, water heaters, sewage treatment, and piping networks
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to technical emergencies promptly
- Strong attention to detail regarding water quality and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with other operational departments
- Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Manage all plumbing maintenance activities to ensure consistent water supply and drainage
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of water treatment and sewage treatment plants
- Coordinate routine inspections of pipes, valves, and guest room plumbing fixtures
- Oversee the installation of new plumbing components and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain logs of water consumption and quality testing results
