Position: Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering and maintenance activities.
- Ensure resort facilities and systems are optimal.
- Manage the engineering team and budget.
- Implement preventive maintenance and safety programs.
- Coordinate with other departments for repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Engineering Manager in a hotel.
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
