Position: Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests for electrical or plumbing issues
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, and other mechanical units
- Assist in the upkeep of the property’s physical structure and grounds
- Record and log all daily maintenance activities and repairs performed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in hotels
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a good personality and technical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- Flexible and able to respond to emergency maintenance calls
