Position: Loss Prevention Officer (Job ID: 26005142)
Qualifications:
- Experience in security or loss prevention, preferably within the hotel industry
- Knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures, and first aid
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and a firm but polite communication style
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods or conduct patrols
- High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in basic computer reporting and security systems
Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to ensure property safety
- Greet guests and associates while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment
- Investigate and document any incidents, accidents, or security breaches
- Conduct routine checks on fire safety equipment and emergency exits
- Enforce hotel policies and security protocols for both guests and staff
