Position: HK Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
  • Relevant hospitality educational background
  • Well-groomed and good personality
  • Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and room inspection protocols
  • Ability to lead and coach a team of attendants

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise room attendants and public area staff to ensure brand standards are met
  • Perform detailed inspections of guest rooms and public facilities
  • Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and guest requests
  • Train housekeeping staff on efficient cleaning techniques and chemical usage
  • Manage departmental inventory and report any maintenance issues promptly
