Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants to ensure guest rooms meet the highest cleanliness standards.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to maintain property maintenance and hygiene.
- Assist in managing linen inventory and coordinating laundry service requirements.
- Train housekeeping staff on standardized cleaning procedures and chemical safety.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and ensure timely replenishment for the department.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Housekeeping Captain or Supervisor in a high-volume hotel.
- Strong eye for detail and a commitment to impeccable room standards.
- Leadership ability to guide a large team of room and public area attendants.
- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a dynamic resort-style complex.
- Physical fitness and stamina to conduct multiple room inspections daily.
