Position: Public Area Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the lobby, restrooms, and other public areas
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation in guest spaces
- Monitor and replenish amenities in public area facilities
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the supervisor
- Assist guests with directions and information when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in public area cleaning or facility maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Polite and professional behavior when in guest-facing areas
- Basic communication skills in English is an advantage
- Physical fitness and ability to work active shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
