Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily cleaning operations of guest rooms and public areas
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet Kimpton luxury standards
- Train and coach room attendants and housemen on service protocols
- Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies for the assigned floor
- Report maintenance issues and monitor room status in the system
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury hotels
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Physical stamina and positive, hard-working attitude
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
