Position: HK Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant hospitality educational background
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and room inspection protocols
- Ability to lead and coach a team of attendants
Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants and public area staff to ensure brand standards are met
- Perform detailed inspections of guest rooms and public facilities
- Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and guest requests
- Train housekeeping staff on efficient cleaning techniques and chemical usage
- Manage departmental inventory and report any maintenance issues promptly
