Position: Housekeeping – Order Taker

Responsibilities:

  • Process guest requests for housekeeping services and amenities accurately.
  • Assign tasks to room attendants and supervisors via the communication system.
  • Maintain updated logs of room statuses and lost and found items.
  • Coordinate with the front office and engineering for room maintenance and readiness.
  • Ensure the housekeeping office operates efficiently during the shift.
