Position: Housekeeping – Order Taker
Responsibilities:
- Process guest requests for housekeeping services and amenities accurately.
- Assign tasks to room attendants and supervisors via the communication system.
- Maintain updated logs of room statuses and lost and found items.
- Coordinate with the front office and engineering for room maintenance and readiness.
- Ensure the housekeeping office operates efficiently during the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or guest service role in a hotel.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, service oriented demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy for room tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and proactive spirit.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy office environment.
