Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of floor attendants and public area cleaners
- Conducting detailed room inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in staff scheduling and performance reviews
- Managing guest requests and resolving any housekeeping concerns promptly
- Conducting daily briefings and on the job training for the service team
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and room management
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in shift hours
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
