Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations during the pre-opening phase.
- Establish cleaning standards and procedures for guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage the procurement of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment.
- Lead and train the housekeeping team to maintain the highest levels of luxury cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the engineering department on maintenance requirements for guest rooms.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within a luxury hotel housekeeping department.
- Uncompromising standards for aesthetic presentation and hygiene.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to manage a large department.
- Proven ability to manage pre-opening housekeeping operations.
