Position: Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations during the pre-opening phase.
  • Establish cleaning standards and procedures for guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage the procurement of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment.
  • Lead and train the housekeeping team to maintain the highest levels of luxury cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with the engineering department on maintenance requirements for guest rooms.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a luxury hotel housekeeping department.
  • Uncompromising standards for aesthetic presentation and hygiene.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to manage a large department.
  • Proven ability to manage pre-opening housekeeping operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen for managing departmental budgets and inventories.
