Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within Front Office operations
  • Strong leadership character with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle guest feedback with diplomacy
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols in a hotel environment
  • Hospitality background with relevant vocational or degree qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations and serve as the senior manager on duty for the property
  • Oversee the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complex issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure property readiness and safety
  • Ensure all brand service standards are consistently upheld during assigned shifts
