Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within Front Office operations
- Strong leadership character with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle guest feedback with diplomacy
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols in a hotel environment
- Hospitality background with relevant vocational or degree qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations and serve as the senior manager on duty for the property
- Oversee the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complex issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure property readiness and safety
- Ensure all brand service standards are consistently upheld during assigned shifts
