Position: HR Dept. Trainee
Qualifications:
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- English is a must (Written and Spoken)
- Love to work in a team
- Good attitude & strong leadership character
- Able to join immediately
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or HR program
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative duties and filing systems
- Support in the organization of employee events and internal activities
- Coordinate initial screening and logistics for recruitment processes
- Maintain and update the employee database and attendance records
- Help prepare training materials and coordinate staff orientation sessions
